Job Description

  1. Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes
  2. Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates
  3. Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  4. Handle administrative tasks such as office management, vendor coordination, and facility management
  5. Develop HR policies, procedures, and compliance measures
  6. Conduct employee engagement initiatives and performance management support
  7. Coordinate training and development programs
  8. Manage payroll, leave, and attendance tracking (if applicable)
  9. Resolve HR-related queries and provide guidance to employees
  10. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
