Job Description
Are you a tech-savvy individual with a sharp eye for detail? We are looking for a Scanner to join our production team. In this role, you will be the bridge between physical records and their digital future, ensuring that every document we process is captured with the highest level of clarity and precision.
As a Scanner, you are responsible for more than just feeding paper into a machine. You will manage the digital conversion process from start to finish for each box, ensuring quality control and that every image meets the standards before it moves to the next stage of production.
salary: $15.99 - $16 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate scanning hardware to digitize prepped files and documents.
- Monitor the scanning interface in real-time to ensure every image is clear, legible, and properly oriented.
- Familiarize yourself with scanning software settings to adjust resolution, contrast, and file types to maximize efficiency and output quality.
- Maintain a "safety net" mindset by identifying and removing any missed staples or paperclips to protect the equipment and the documents.
- Track the progress of assigned boxes and ensure a smooth hand-off to the Scan Team for final processing.
- Retrieve and move storage boxes to and from your workstation as needed.
