Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location: Williamsport, PA

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay: $18–$21 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across multiple trades. This role supports day‑to‑day upkeep of facilities to ensure a safe, functional, and well‑maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install cabinets and countertops
• Replace sinks, toilets, and plumbing lines as needed
• Change HVAC filters and troubleshoot system issues
• Perform basic electrical repairs (light bulbs, switches, outlets)
• Patch drywall and perform painting as needed
• Replace flooring including tile, carpet, and other materials

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or trades experience preferred
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable and able to work independently

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Williamsport,PA.
