Customer Service Associate Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers with a positive, helpful attitude 
• Listen actively to individual customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions 
• Provide product information and answer questions clearly 
• Handle incoming inquiries with professionalism and empathy 
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently 
• Assist customers in resolving concerns or issues 
• Collaborate with team members to support sales and service efforts 
• Attend regular training sessions to grow your skills
