Automotive Parts Manager – $70,000–$80,000 Salary + Bonus Pecheles Automotive – Greenville, NC Immediate Leadership Opportunity Lead a High-Performing Parts Department Pecheles Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to lead and grow our parts department in Greenville, North Carolina. This role is responsible for supporting a busy service department, driving parts sales, managing inventory performance, and developing a strong parts team. We are looking for a hands-on leader who understands dealership operations and knows how to maintain strong inventory control, gross profit, and technician support. Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the parts department
• Maintain proper inventory levels, parts turns, and obsolescence control
• Support technician productivity with fast and accurate parts fulfillment
• Develop pricing strategies to maintain strong parts gross profit margins
• Hire, train, and lead parts department team members
• Monitor parts sales performance and wholesale opportunities
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs and warranty procedures
• Implement effective inventory controls and cycle counting processes

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership parts management experience required
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, parts margins, and department KPIs
• Experience with dealership management systems
• Proven leadership and team development ability
• Ability to manage a fast-paced dealership environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
