**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate / Freight Handler to join our team in Tualatin, OR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling freight, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment in our warehouse.

**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in a warehouse or freight handling role preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Load and unload freight safely
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
- Meet productivity goals and quality standards
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure efficient operations

**Additional Information:**
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 am to 11:30 am
- Compensation: $24/hour based on group productivity
