Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rockwall, TX, for the position of Speech Language Pathologist. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic intervention for children with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, administering therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families and other therapists to create a supportive care environment. Qualifications Expertise in Speech Therapy and addressing Speech and Communication Disorders Ability to tailor therapy plans based on individual needs and developmental progress Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with families and colleagues Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current licensure in the state of Texas Experience in pediatric therapy or feeding therapy is highly advantageous CPR certification Commitment to professional growth and staying updated on best practices in the field #J-18808-Ljbffr
