About the Opportunity
PhysioFit Physical Therapy & Wellness is offering shared studio space to a certified Pilates instructor looking to grow or establish their client base in a professional, wellness-focused environment. This is a rental contract arrangement — you bring your clients, we provide the space.
What's Included
Rental Rates (Shared-Space Pricing)
Session Type | Rate |
Private (1 client) – 30 min | $30 |
Private (1 client) – 60 min | $40 |
Duet (2 clients) | $50/hr |
Trio (3 clients) | $60/hr |
Quad (4 clients) | $65/hr |
Payment due by the 5th of the following month via ACH, check, or credit card (3% processing fee applies).

Terms
Month-to-month agreement. Either party may terminate with 7 days' notice.
