Job Description
- Shipping Operations: Process all outgoing shipments daily using UPS WorldShip and other carrier platforms (FedEx, USPS, etc.).
- Documentation: Generate accurate shipping labels, packing slips, commercial invoices for international orders, and BOLs (Bills of Lading).
- Quality Control: Verify that items pulled for shipping match sales orders (quantity, SKU, and condition).
- Inventory Support: Assist in receiving incoming freight, checking for damages, and updating inventory counts in our ERP system.
- Maintenance: Ensure the shipping station is stocked with supplies (boxes, tape, thermal labels) and keep the workspace organized.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in a shipping/receiving role.
- Software Proficiency: Mandatory expertise in UPS WorldShip. (Candidates without WorldShip experience will not be considered).
- Technical Skills: Comfortable with basic computer troubleshooting (printers, scanners) and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry to prevent shipping errors and additional carrier fees.
