Workers selected for this role are not permitted to have any driving responsibilities nor are they allowed to have any driving responsibilities for the entire assignment

Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Steel-toe or composite type Work Boots Required!
Able to muti-task working between an office setting and warehouse floor (Shipping Clerk).
Assembles and fulfilment of customer orders to be shipped to customers or other divisions.
Assembles customer orders to be shipped via common carrier.
Schedules, loads/unloads LTL Freight common carrier orders as requested.
Processes paperwork regarding shipments including: verifying that the merchandise to be shipped is correct, applying the correct postage tape, filling out proper BOL information for LTL shipments, following customer shipping instructions and insuring the shipment when necessary.
Packs each order into a crates, pallets and arranges onto dock lanes for truck route.
Use of RF handheld Scanner for picking orders and restocking of material after receipt.
Substitutes for other warehouse personnel when needed.
Follow directions and work safely.
Cleaning duties to ensure warehouse is clean and safe for all employees.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Able to meet deadlines.
Excellent attendance record required a must!
Able to work overtime as needed.
Critical Thinking skills necessary to resolve customer inquiries.
Computer proficient.
Experience in using various warehouse equipment, specifically either Stand-up reach truck or an order/cherry picker.
Comfortable engaging with customers and stakeholders in a professionally setting.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
Excellent attendance record required a must!
General knowledge of warehouse operations such as Shipping and receiving.
Ability to effectively communicate and work well with co-workers to aid in satisfying customer requirements.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations in order to accurately complete job tasks.
Ability to organize, prioritize and complete job tasks requirements in a timely manner.
