Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they arrive for service appointments.
• Accurately document customer service needs and vehicle issues.
• Accurately record waiting status and promise times
• Assign customers to corresponding Advisors
• Communicate effectively with service advisors to ensure customer needs are met.
• Learn and develop skills necessary for advancement to an Assistant Service Manager role.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
