Senior Electrical Project Manager

Our client, a growing electrical construction contractor , is seeking a Senior Project Manager who thrives in a hands-on, operational role . This position oversees all aspects of project execution for commercial and industrial electrical projects while collaborating with field staff, estimators, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met
Manage field personnel, subcontractors, and vendor relationships
Track project progress, resolve issues, and communicate with clients and leadership
Monitor job costs, change orders, and project documentation
Enforce safety and quality standards on-site

Qualifications:

5+ years of project management experience in electrical construction
Familiarity with commercial and industrial electrical projects
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Experience with project management industry-specific software
Journeyman or field experience is a plus, not required
