As a Senior Counsel within PNC's Corporate Governance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA, Birmingham, AL or North Carolina.
The Senior Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support to the Business Credit group, which focuses in part on asset‑based lending transactions. The role requires a seasoned attorney capable of handling complex secured lending matters, managing negotiations, updating various legal forms, and advising the business on a wide range of legal issues. We are looking for a candidate that has experience with, but not limited to;This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.
