We’re Hiring: Senior Business Intelligence Developer -Troy, MI

Start Date: ASAP |

Hours: Full-Time, 8 AM – 5 PM (1 day onsite, 4 days remote)

Salary Range: $83,200 – $104,000 annually

Temp to Full-Time Hire Role.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to turn data into actionable insights that drive strategic healthcare initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally with physicians, leaders, and operational teams to develop reports, dashboards, and automated tools, supporting Value-Based Care and Revenue Cycle analytics.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain reports, metrics, dashboards, data models, and data-marts.
• Collaborate with Population Health & HFPN leaders to develop impactful BI solutions.
• Gather requirements, identify solutions, and deliver actionable insights using SQL and BI tools.
• Support Per-Member-Per-Month, Case Management, Ambulatory, and Utilization Management analytics.
• Create automated tools and reports for Coding, Billing, Payments, Revenue, Customer Service, and more.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–5 years in Healthcare or Business Intelligence roles
• Expert in SQL – building datasets, reports, and analytics solutions
• Proficiency in BI tools : Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, SSRS, Qlik, or similar
• Knowledge of EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, McKesson, etc.) is a big plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to present complex data to diverse audiences, including executives

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Business, or Applied Science
