Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or work-from-home setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home
- Must be able to work full-time, including weekends and evenings if needed
