PAINTER\'S HELPER (SOC CODE 47-3014.00 Helpers--Painters, Paperhangers, Plasterers, and Stucco Masons) temporary, full-time Peakload positions for April 1, 2026 to November 1, 2026. Worksite: 5101 Hackney Way, MADISON, Wisconsin, 53714 and multiple sites in Waukesha, Sauk, Grant, Ozaukee, Dodge, Jefferson, Dane, Lafayette, Green, Iowa, Richland, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Rock, Washington, Columbia, Racine, and Walworth counties in WI. Job Duties: Help painters, paperhangers, plasterers, or stucco masons by performing duties requiring less skill, including: Supplying or holding materials or tools; Cleaning work area and equipment; Apply protective coverings, such as masking tape, to articles or areas that could be damaged or stained by work processes; Erect scaffolding; Fill cracks or breaks in surfaces of plaster articles or areas with putty or epoxy compounds; Smooth surfaces of articles to be painted, using sanding and buffing tools and equipment; Mix plaster, and carry plaster to plasterers; and Place articles to be stripped into stripping tanks. Requirements: No education, training or experience required. Special Requirements: Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Terms and conditions of employment: \$19.65/hr. 40 hours/week, Mon - Fri, 7:00AM - 5:00PM. Overtime available at \$29.48/hr. Raises and bonuses may be offered based on individual factors including work performance, skill, and tenure. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Employees will be paid weekly on Friday. On-the-job training available. Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. Workers will begin each day at the worksite address. They will then be transported, free of charge, to properties located throughout the area of intended employment, to perform duties. They will then be transported back to the worksite address at the end of each work day. Other benefits provided and cost: The employer will make all deductions from worker\'s paycheck required by law and no others without written consent from worker. The employer does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions. Potential elective deductions to be pre-authorized in writing, if applicable, are as follows: If needed, employer intends to assist foreign and non-local U.S. workers hired pursuant to this job order to secure optional worker-paid lodging not to exceed reasonable fair market value cost based on number of occupants. Housing-related expenses are paid directly to facility owner/operator and are not payroll deducted. Truck provided for drivers\' use. Employer will assist workers in securing board, lodging, or other facilities. The employer may assist workers in securing optional lodging. Workers who elect this option pay \$500 per person per month, inclusive of utilities. Housing costs are paid monthly and are not payroll-deducted. Housing is shared, with multiple workers residing in the same unit. No housing is required as a condition of employment. Transportation, Subsistence, and Fees: The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the US or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker\'s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of \$68.00 per day with receipts. Three-fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
