POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading Flight Stars’ marketing function, driving demand generation, and creating scalable systems that support sustainable revenue growth. This role owns the full marketing funnel, overseeing lead generation strategy, performance marketing initiatives, campaign execution, brand positioning, and marketing team development while ensuring all marketing activities contribute to measurable business outcomes. The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in increasing qualified lead volume, improving marketing efficiency, strengthening alignment between marketing and sales, and supporting Flight Stars’ vision of becoming the world’s most strategic multi engine training center.
