• Perform quality control reviews of KYC Periodic Reviews, CIP data, and customer profiles to ensure regulatory compliance
• Review and validate work completed by ACG Analysts, confirming accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Ensure adherence to the KYC Program, internal policies, and Head Office requirements
• Maintain and document evidence of searches in KYC systems; escalate potential name matches or negative information to the BSA Officer
• Troubleshoot routine and moderately complex KYC/CIP system issues and support resolution efforts

Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of KYC end to end onboarding, KYC periodic review and CDD/EDD experience
• 10+ years of KYC Quality Control experience
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements
• Experience conducting compliance reviews, audits, alerts, or case quality checks
• Proficiency in compliance systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with a sense of urgency and accountability
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Relationship Managers, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
