Job Title: Japanese–English Bilingual Sales Admin
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Japanese–English bilingual Inside Sales and Accounting Administrative Assistant. The primary responsibilities include administrative and office support, data management for monthly reports and expense reports, as well as basic payroll data entry.
Qualifications:
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English, including reading, writing, and speaking
A minimum of three years of office administration experience
Ability to commute to the Schaumburg, IL office on a daily basis
Willingness to learn new tasks when needed
Business proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and other MS office tools.
