Job Description

Salary: $33,280 - 49,920 per year Requirements:

• Previous experience in Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or as a PC Technician is preferred
• IT certifications, such as CompTIA, are advantageous
• Familiarity with diagnosing and resolving software and hardware incidents, including operating systems (Windows and Mac)
• Ability to swap out laptops/desktops and deploy Windows 10/11
• Experience with re-imaging machines from Windows 10 to Windows 11
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of issues
• Proficiency in recording and documenting requests using an IT service desk system
• Installation and configuration skills for new IT equipment
• Capable of resolving issues with printers, copiers, and scanners
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring all customers are treated effectively and courteously

• Diagnose and resolve both software and hardware incidents across various operating systems and applications
• Swap out laptops and desktops while deploying Windows 10/11
• Re-image machines transitioning from Windows 10 to Windows 11
• Assist users with any logged IT-related incidents when required
• Take ownership of issues, performing problem analysis to find temporary or permanent solutions
• Accurately record, update, and document requests in the IT service desk system
• Install and configure new IT hardware
• Resolve incidents related to different software and hardware types
• Address issues with printing, copying, and scanning devices
• Maintain exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and appropriate assistance for all customers
