Reporting to a Pharmacy Director with support from a Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacist partners closely with friendly nurses, physicians, APPs, and a diverse allied health team to deliver best-in-class medication management; as a Registered Pharmacist or Licensed Pharmacist, core responsibilities include clinical order verification, antimicrobial stewardship, pharmacokinetic dosing, participation in multidisciplinary rounds, sterile compounding and IV admixture, transitions-of-care counseling, medication safety initiatives, code response, and precepting opportunities in collaboration with Pharmacy Services.
