As an Illustrator, you will collaborate with various departments to create engaging visuals that capture our brand's essence. Your work will play a vital role in product presentations, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns, helping to elevate our customers' experiences. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $170,000 annually, alongside a vibrant team culture that fosters creativity and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Create original illustrations for products and marketing materials
• Collaborate with the design team to develop cohesive visual concepts
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas
• Adapt illustrations based on feedback from stakeholders
• Ensure all artwork meets brand guidelines and quality standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• Contribute to the development of visual storytelling strategies
• Assist in creating mockups and prototypes for presentations

Requirements

• Proficiency in illustration software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Procreate)
• Strong portfolio showcasing your illustration skills and creativity
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate
• Knowledge of typography and layout design is a plus
• A passion for design and an understanding of the retail industry
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs
• Relevant coursework or education in graphic design is beneficial
