We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join a growing specialty care team serving patients throughout the San Antonio area .

Provide safe, accurate infusion therapy in patients’ homes or alternate-site settings.
Assess, plan, and document patient care according to nursing standards and physician orders.
Initiate, monitor, and manage IV lines, ports, and pumps during infusion visits.
Educate patients and caregivers on medication administration and line maintenance.
Collaborate with pharmacy, case management, and physician teams to ensure continuity of care.
Monitor for adverse reactions and respond promptly to patient needs or complications.
Maintain detailed, timely clinical documentation using EMR systems.
Participate in on-call rotation or after-hours visits as needed.
Required:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas (Compact License accepted)
Minimum 1 year of recent IV infusion or acute care experience
Proficiency in venipuncture, PICC lines, and central line management / Port Mgmt
Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance
Preferred:
2+ years of recent home health or home infusion experience
CRNI® certification or equivalent infusion specialty credential
Competitive hourly rate: $40–$45/hour based on experience
Mileage reimbursement for patient travel
