Job Description

Salary: $115,000 - 170,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• We need an attorney licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar.
• We prefer at least 2 years of experience practicing family law.
• We look for hands-on experience handling divorce, custody, alimony, and spousal support matters.
• We value strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• We expect proficiency in legal research and persuasive legal writing.
• We seek excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, court staff, and legal professionals.
• We need someone who can manage multiple complex matters simultaneously.

• We provide expert legal guidance to clients on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, alimony, spousal support, and property division.
• We draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as marital settlement agreements, parenting plans, and court pleadings.
• We represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement discussions while protecting their best interests.
• We analyze cases thoroughly and build effective legal strategies aligned with client goals.
• We stay current on applicable laws, regulations, and court rulings and apply that knowledge to active matters.
• We collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to keep cases moving efficiently.
• We maintain strong client relationships by providing timely updates and responding to questions and concerns.
• We participate in business development efforts to help expand our family law practice.
