Position Type
Part-Time or Full-Time
Minimum of 3 days / 20 hours per week
Daylight and Evening shifts available
Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is required

Must meet stated availability requirements
Must be 16 years of age or older
Comfortable working outdoors as needed
Comfortable using a cash register and iPad POS system
Ability to multitask and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic; dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude with a warm, welcoming personality
Serve drive-thru guests using the CORE 4 model :
Stay connected

Make eye contact
Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently at the drive-thru
Look for opportunities to clean, restock, or assist the team when not actively serving a guest
Take orders with accuracy, speed, and hospitality
Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation standards are upheld
Assist leadership with opening and closing procedures as needed
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the Chick-fil-A brand, standards, and menu items
