**Job Title: Distribution Center Picker/Packer/Shipper**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Center Picker/Packer/Shipper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders in our distribution center. Your primary responsibilities will include picking, packing, and shipping products in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Accurately pick products according to order specifications and prepare them for shipping.
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all packaging standards are met.
- Process and complete shipping documentation, including labeling packages and verifying shipping information.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if necessary).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize workflow and meet company goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and order processing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
