Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of E-Commerce to lead our online presence and drive growth in the digital space. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for e-commerce, capable of developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance our brand's visibility and profitability. Additionally, the E-commerce Manager will partner with customer service, marketing, planning and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience, drive revenues and elevate the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust e-commerce strategy that aligns with nuuds' objectives, emphasizing execution, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee all performance marketing platforms, including Shopify, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and TikTok Shop, ensuring optimal brand visibility and sales conversion.
• Lead a talented team of marketing professionals, focusing on skill development and driving results in customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across customer service, planning, and operations to enhance the online shopping experience and ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.
• Drive the analytics agenda, regularly reporting on key performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to foster growth and resolve challenges.
• Oversee all aspects of website management from system integrations to day-to-day operations, ensuring superior site performance and customer satisfaction.
• Champion innovative projects and site enhancements from ideation through to successful execution and analysis to maximize conversion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of management experience in e-commerce, with a preference for backgrounds in fashion or retail.
• Demonstrable success in driving growth and effectively managing e-commerce marketing teams.
• Profound knowledge of the Shopify platform and its associated applications.
• Strong knowledge of applying data to drive change through Data Warehousing and Analytics.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, proven by a history of developing practical solutions to complex issues.
• Skilled in strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
• Analytical thinker with a strong aptitude for addressing problems efficiently.
• Excellent leadership qualities paired with effective communication skills.
• Capable of excelling in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
