Job Description

Salary: $60,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements:

  • We require excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong reporting and business correspondence abilities.
  • We look for a working understanding of networking, storage, and virtualization technologies.
  • We value experience with automation and scripting tools that improve support and infrastructure workflows, such as PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.

  • We require the ability to work collaboratively in a support team while also operating independently, staying organized, and completing tasks reliably.

  • We require a valid drivers license with a favorable driving record.
  • We require a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • We prefer a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Responsibilities:
  • We provide front-line customer support by answering inbound calls and tickets and resolving server-related questions promptly and professionally.
  • We identify, record, and troubleshoot networking issues reported by users of hosted ASI software, including workstation, printer, and scanner setup and configuration.
  • We diagnose and resolve networking issues associated with ASI software applications.
  • We research solutions and guide customers on proper system use through phone support, remote desktop tools, and ticketing platforms.
  • We maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions and case outcomes using internal support systems.
  • We partner with internal teams to escalate issues and help drive timely resolution.
  • We access remote servers and use system tools to shadow customer sessions for more effective troubleshooting.
  • We build and sustain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support service excellence.
  • We keep current on ASI server configurations, updates, and best practices through ongoing learning.
  • We manage Microsoft Active Directory for both internal and customer environments.
  • We mentor and support junior members of the Customer Success Networking team and promote continuous improvement.
  • We participate in the on-call rotation.
  • We handle additional duties as assigned by management.
