Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a RMA Customer Service Representative for a Contract job with a client in Carson, CA. The client is Ideally looking for RMA / Returns Operations Specialist who can manage return cases like a business process owner while keeping customers satisfied and supporting internal sales/operations teams.

Rate Range: $22/hour to $23/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process customer RMA requests from initiation to closure.

• Verify product eligibility, warranty status, and return conditions.

• Issue RMA numbers, track return shipments, and ensure accurate documentation.

• Monitor RMA progress and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely evaluation, replacement, or credit issuance.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding returns, replacements, and product concerns.

• Provide clear communication on RMA status, timelines, and next steps.

• Maintain a customer-first approach to strengthen trust and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Experience with CRM/ERP systems.

• Ability to manage multiple cases with accuracy and urgency.

• Knowledge of warranty policies, product lifecycle, and logistics workflows.

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Desired

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or RMA processing
