Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Laborer to assist our lead contractor on active building projects. This role is hands-on and requires a strong understanding of construction processes, tools, and safety practices. This is a Monday-Friday position, 10AM - 6PM 

Responsibilities:

• Assist the main contractor with daily construction tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans
• Operate and maintain power tools and construction equipment
• Prepare job sites, load/unload materials, and keep work areas clean
• Follow instructions accurately and work efficiently as part of a team
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

• MUST have prior construction experience (this is not an entry-level position)
• Ability to read and understand schematics and building plans
• Proficiency with power tools and general construction equipment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction 

Preferred:

• Experience working alongside a licensed contractor
• Familiarity with multiple phases of construction
