Job Description

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Job Description

  • Manage commercial real estate transactions from executed contract through closing.
  • Track transaction timelines, contingency deadlines, due diligence items, closing milestones, and outstanding deliverables.
  • Coordinate with title companies, escrow officers, attorneys, lenders, brokers, clients, and internal teams to keep transactions moving forward.
  • Order and coordinate title commitments, title updates, surveys, zoning reports, recorded documents, and title policy issuance.
  • Review title commitments, exception schedules, closing requirements, and transaction documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Track title objections, curative items, earnest money deposits, closing documents, escrow instructions, and funding requirements.
  • Assist with settlement statements, closing disclosures, commission documentation, closing packages, and transaction status updates.
  • Maintain organized digital transaction files, checklists, document logs, and workflow tracking.
  • Coordinate due diligence materials, including title and survey, property condition reports, lease documentation, insurance documents, entity documents, and financial records.
  • Prepare or coordinate notices, amendments, assignments, extensions, and other contract-related documentation.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding transaction status, open items, closing readiness, and issues that may affect timelines.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, transaction coordination, title, escrow, loan closing coordination, or closing operations.
  • Working knowledge of commercial real estate contracts, title, escrow, due diligence, and closing procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions, deadlines, documents, and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and strong document accuracy.
  • Ability to coordinate with title companies, lenders, attorneys, brokers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with investment sales, leasing transactions, development, land acquisitions, dispositions, or JV structures is preferred.
