Chick-fil-A - Urgent Closing Front of House Supervisor Needed!

As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest has an outstanding experience at our restaurant. You must have flexibility in your schedule and be committed to completing all tasks before leaving the store.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate preparation of all orders by overseeing Team Members
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Monitor and uphold speed of service guidelines
• Supervise cash handling procedures and security measures
• Address and resolve guest issues
• Provide direction, feedback, and support to Team Members
• Run breaks

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old
• Chick-fil-A experience preferred
• Follow Chick-fil-A system and processes while executing with operational excellence
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Previous leadership experience is an asset
• Hard-working, team-oriented, and friendly
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong time management, problem solving, and organizational skills
