The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus, a part of a rich legacy of compassionate care since 1909, now offers 378 licensed beds, a history of innovation, and strong community support.

Responsibilities

This position involves the coordination of clinical management, skills assessment and clinical training of KU St. Francis Medical Group staff and patients across the entire continuum of care.
Manages and coordinates the quality and pay for performance clinical initiatives and key performance indicators of the medical group.
Serves as a liaison between leadership and the clinics to assisting manager and providers in driving operational performance and improvement initiatives.
Acts as a clinical resource and a role model for all clinics.
Collaborates in the development and delivery of care for the University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Medical Group.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Current RN license,
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
3-5 years of clinical nursing experience.
Proven ability to follow protocol specific care delivery

Preferred Job Requirements:

Interdisciplinary teamwork experience.
Experience in clinical quality in a medical group setting
Experience in working with pay for performance metrics in the clinic setting
