The Business Controls Analyst is responsible for reviewing and validating documentation related to new account setup including Know Your Customer (KYC) details. This role ensures accuracy and completeness of client information during onboarding and when updates are required. The position supports compliance processes by performing detailed reviews and reporting discrepancies to appropriate teams.
What Youll Do:
Working knowledge of banking operations and account opening processes.
Familiarity with compliance procedures and KYC requirements.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures accurately.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
Effective verbal and written communication for routine interactions and documentation.
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and analytical skills for reviewing documentation.
