Brand Ambassador (Costco Warehouse and events)

The Role

As a  Brand Ambassador , you’ll work inside Costco engaging shoppers, starting conversations about window and door replacement, and setting free in-home consultations.

Compensation & Rewards

• $18.00/hour
• $35 per appointment
• Average earners make $30/hour; Top performers exceed $40/hour
• Unlimited bonus potential based on your performance
• Weekly & monthly additional bonuses
• Bonuses on issued appointments paid every two weeks
• $500 signing bonus after 90 days
• Up to $1,000 referral bonuses

Schedule & Requirements

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco locations
• Must be able to stand 8+ hours
• Flexible schedule required (nights/weekends included)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
