Job Description：
1)Teaching kids about 2-6 years old.
2) Be a real home room teacher:
- Accompany the kids all the time;
- Decide the activities of your classroom;
- Assign classroom assistants tasks during your class;
- Communicate with classroom assistants clearly about your weekly plan;
- Communicate with parents daily or every other day through WeChat with a brief summary of your lesson.
3) Classes
Although our kindergarten is flexible to how teachers should conduct their classes, we require the following:
- Every Monday the lesson plan of the current week should be printed and hung on the wall outside your classroom.
- Your weekly lesson plans should follow the topic chosen by the Heads of Teacher in charge of the curriculum. In case of any change in your lesson plan, please communicate and discuss with him or her.
- Your classes should contain a wide variety of subjects divided throughout the week, i.e. arts and crafts, musical curriculum, motor and visual skills, drawing and painting, science, math, phonics, reading and speaking, etc.
- All the materials needed for your classes should be prepared in advance. If that did not happen for some reason, please don’t leave the classroom to prepare them, ask your classroom teachers to prepare them for you while you stay with the kids.
4) Assessments and Reports
- Every month teachers are responsible to write students’ assessments. They should be sent to parents at the last day of each month or within the first week of the following month.

-Every week teachers are responsible to write students’ feedback. They should be sent to your Chinese teacher every Friday. And the weekly plan for the next week should be sent in foreign teachers’ group and post outside of the classroom.
Qualification：
1. Under 40 years of age, male or female;
2. Native English speaker, bachelor degree or above3. Experience in preschool education is a plus;
4. Loving children and willing to accompany them;
5. Foreign teachers take the main class in the park and participate in outdoor activities;
6. Regularly write evaluation and teaching plans for children;
7. Those who can do the teacher's work visa are preferred
Salary and Training Opportunity：
Monthly salary : 23K-31K
