Job Description

:

They will be expected to communicate effectively and exhibit professional behavior on a consistent basis. Working within the Transaction Team, they will handle various banking transactions for the company including, wire transfers, book transfers, and submit reversals. They will also be involved with handling and researching complex banking issues while helping create and maintain a positive and cohesive environment. They will assist the Team Leader with various projects that involve the Banking Department. They will assist with the coordination of duties to ensure all critical functions are completed timely, daily and at the absence of other team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Returns money to customers via ACH
• Inputs and verifies DD Returns/Reversal Spreadsheets
• Verify Notifications of Change
• Processes all void and stop pay transactions
• Initiates ACH reversals upon request from Payroll Operations
• Organize, scan and file Banking documents
• Troubleshoot problem situations and work with Payroll Operations to resolve promptly
• Regular attendance as required
• Be available, approachable and willing to assist other team members and departments
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education/Certification:

• High School graduate required.
• Bachelor degree in Business preferred

Experience Required:

• 2-5 years of office administrative experience

Skills/Abilities:

• Basic knowledge of general office protocols
• Basic knowledge of Word
• Basic knowledge of banking transactions
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel
• Intermediate knowledge of Outlook
• Work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to meet critical deadlines
• Eagerness to continue learning
• Very detailed oriented
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively
• Maintain effective working relationships with others
• Work overtime hours (if needed)
• Impeccable integrity
