Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $19.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime required as needed)
Must be able to work 12 hours weekends if necessary
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview
Openwork is hiring an experienced Assembler to support a manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, reliable, and experienced in handling large or oversized materials in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble pre-cut wooden components into finished cable reels.
• Use hand tools and measuring devices to ensure proper assembly and accuracy.
• Weigh, label, and tag finished products for shipment.
• Apply grease to reels to provide waterproof protection.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with additional production or warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a labor-intensive and non-climate-controlled environment.
